Why buy a FC House?

So why should we buy a FC House when they don't even include a restroom.

In every design for FC housing not a single one of them have a restroom in them.

There not even public restrooms in the housing areas so why buy a House where they don't even provide a restroom.

You can't even make a Hot tub, bathtub, toilet, any bathroom things your character will need when you're not playing them during the time you're logged off.

Uh, I thought there were some sort of bath tubs? Each GC has a different one.
Should be somewhere in the patch notes too.
