FC Housing costs for these Worlds: I can't even math anymore~!

It appears prices will drop 0.14% every 6 hours, though it's not clear.

They say houses will not drop below 50%, but it may not get down to 50% even, this is unclear.

What we do know is they will start at 125mil, so this is the value I'll use when doing the math.

- 15 Days Later: 7,328,000 gil
- 30 Days Later: 6,656,000 gil

I think that's clear enough to be fair.
