Huh? Think you misunderstood me, more like Updating a website doesn't exactly stop workflow for a day. I'm sure the webmaster can post content without the aid of all the staff and development team, and im also sure that someone can take a printscreen without stopping development to figure it out... I could even go take a printscreen now its that easy!

I agree. I hate how there is basicly zero info on how things are going. A short video showing the redesigned battle system, or even a few screen shots. If there patch was going to come out tommrow, the info would be posted today. Dont know why they continue to do that.

Hopefully yoshi-p has goten the lodestone team to implement video embedding like he mentioned in his last letter. And i think were about due for another shot of info in the form of a producer letter.

I think both of you entirely missed the point he was making. Of course the webmasters aren't the ones coding the game. The game development team has nothing to do with the web design team (...or at least shouldn't, but this is FFXIV we're talking about, haha) aside from the fact that they might be getting their screenshots/videos from them. All other information could be obtained through other staff members (you know, the ones actually responsible for that), not necessarily the ones directly coding anything.

Even if that isn't obvious to some people, Yoshi-P even explicitly said that FFXIV's developers are split into many different teams. Your points are thus rendered invalid.
