Upset about House Prices? A thought that might calm you!

Ok, the housing prices have dropped and everyone is in an uproar. This is pretty shocking to even the most stalwart of us.However a thought occurred to me long before housing prices were announced that was sorta confirmed by the announced prices.
I have been following the development and was aware of the data storage issues that were limiting our inventory space , Yoshi mentioning this as being an issue when developing the housing areas. For this fact I had told friends that when released housing would be placed out of reach of everyone for awhile to give them time to gauge the effects on their servers. As they come to terms with the stability of the operation they will open the flood gate allowing more people to afford housing easier .
This is just my theory,but it is pretty sound when held against what they have stated and what we now see. I am not a psychic so when I make predictions that come true I tend to think their may be something valid in what led me to the conclusion.

Set up the hardware and infrastructure required for FC housing, then put it at such a price that no one in their right mind would bother with it, the feedback they get is "our server system works perfectly, even though the actual use is 0.1%, let's ask Aasdfkj Jkljasd for some feedback!"

Funny, you seem to have almost the same problem in every other thread ...lol...Idk, maybe its just you ?

Housing prices are fine. Peoples attitudes are not. FC housing, small, medium and large. If you have have a small, medium or large FC you should be able to afford the prices for your representative house either right at release or with some leg work in place. Either way you are going to have to work together on it. If not, then yes it's going to be a fruitless dream. Of course a lot of FC's tend to have a lot of people, but they just let the FC manage itself. As a FC leader you either drive your FC forward or you let it run itself. If you have very little input or engagement with your members then yes, you are not going to get the features you desire either.

I see a lot of small FC's moaning, Fc's of 50-70 people saying that can't afford the large house and it's ridiculous. It isn't! You don't meet the requirements to achieve it. Recruit more active members, manage your FC and you'll get there. If you have 50-70 people playing in your company then a small house is for you.
