I would also like to see Yoshi P as a mobOnly for an unrelated event situation. But.... he should be about 50' tall ^^

Wow, I...can't think of anything to add. I shall show my support via the 'like' button, especially for the 50' tall Yoshi-P.

and add a fantasy twist to all of the above of course~ ^ w ^
Just to put it as briefly as possible and without particular categories, I would like to see more mechanized monsters. I suspect that will come true sooner than not with the Garlean Empire business (I hope).
Nice to see majority of ppl asking for the obvious FFXI mobs.
My suggestions would be:
(use a dev tag next time)
-Ghost type mobs: reavers, phantoms
-Mechanized mobs, steampunk genre: imperial mechanized infantry, imperial tank
I know that mobs are two types aggressive and none aggressive. I suggest for a third type, which is a mob who takes a defensive position "active form" when a player entered its range. This mob wouldn't attack the player unless attacked. Also this mob might show some affect when a player gets in his range or zone. for example: if a player entered a dog-like mob range or zone, then the mob might bark till the player leaves or attack the mob.
1. Hedgehog pie
2. Could we have bosses/monsters with multple independant parts? if you look at past final fantasies or the grandia series they had boss monsters with multiple parts that could all take actions against the party and the party could take actions against them.
3. Could the translation team be careful when giving out dragon species names as the names didnt always correspond with their appearance in ffxi eg. The dragoon's pet was called a wyvern but wyverns dont have arms.
Jumbo Cactuar NM like the one in FF13~
Actually some mobs, like efts, already exhibit this behavior. They all still attack you eventually if you hang around long enough.I know that mobs are two types aggressive and none aggressive.
