    As far as the B2 nerf and Freeze buff.
    Well, Freeze NEEDED some kind of buff to make it worthwhile. What this means is that you can do 2 Freezes after Tranpose-ing after Flare instead of 2 B2's, but AT RANGE! This is effectively a buff to BLM aoe capabilities.
