That's a real shame. I just finished getting my White Mage to 50 (despite what the forum says, it seems to be a little behind) and now it looks like, rightly or wrongly, no one will want to play with me when I get to endgame content (even if they're wrong just look at how people are saying that WHM is so much worse off now).

I'm not sure why WHM needed a nerf anyway, they're still the only caster class without unlimited MP.
