Stat changes to Allagan boots screws up BIS for SMN (maybe BLM)

it's kind of a scary precedent, especially to items with accuracy. Hopefully the team will be more careful not to have duplicate items in the future that "necessitate" changes.

No, They changed it because it is the exact same as the Blackmage Myth shoes. But instead of just changing that...they change the one that effects SMN as well. Dumb choices from a dumb balance team
