


I agree with this. It sucks to see most people using the exact same gear. It would be nice to see some variety in the game. Oh, so you have n ilvl 90 BLM staff? Which one? Rather than just assume it's the upgraded relic.



I just hope we can do them with level 80 relics. I didn't upgrade because I was looking forward to getting the 90 weapons from primals.


Linear stats without any unique stats/abilities will do that. 1.0 Curtana enhanced Spirits Within anyone?

You were a little unclear in your OP but I think you're asking for Relic +1 to be reduced to i85 so primal weapons are better. Not a bad idea, but then 900 myth tomes is a lot to waste. I could get behind it as long as they refund the 900 myth and allow people to choose to go +1 or not again with the ilvl reduction.

I like having more than one way to get gear. I have a few level 50 classes and I don't plan on getting relic +1's for each of them.
Well, for one i'm a BRD and I chose to not +1 my Relic until the EM weapons drop. Why? The EM weapon stats might be slotted better for a bard than a +1. I've cleared Coil 6 times. So i'm not in any kind of rush to completing my +1. -shrug- I don't see a problem with them being i90.Why do the extreme primals give level 90 weapons when you turn in a drop from all 3?
Most everyone for the most part who seriously does endgame already has a relic+1 they were easy to get, even in their Titan preview video it shows them using all relic +1 to fight Titan extreme.
More level 90 weapons isn't that great of a reward considering we already have them. They might have slightly different secondary stats, which could be slightly better or worse but in the long run it won't make much difference the primary stats and weapon damage will be the same due to it being ilvl 90.
Why not offer a reward that is better then what everyone already has?

Regarding the Titan EM playthrough, I'll be honest, even though Yoshi's group wiped in Phase 2 both times, the fight doesn't actually look that hard. Bit of a DPS check on the jails maybe but nothing people in i90 gear can't handle and looks like there's a tank swapping mechanic as rock/mountain buster apply a stacking debuff in the same way Turn 2 does. The rest just looks like dodging all the crap, same as hard mode.
