Right now I'm sporting 4 50s, and the rest 30 and I really don't *like* any job. I don't hate them either... but I have to wonder just how long it will be before I can expect a new job that I may potentially actually enjoy playing. There was a question that got 65 up votes in the Q/A for the producer live and the question was asked several times over again in the same thread.

I want to enjoy playing the game, but it's so hard to get the motivation being stuck on a class that I don't really like. There is so much conflicting information out there on IF we will get new jobs before an expansion and nothing solid on what we will be getting in the first place. I am almost capped on myth and phil and I really don't care enough about any of the classes I'm playing on to spend =(
It has been said many times that a job will come with a new expansion and level cap raise. This live letter was about discussing patch 2.1 and the PS4 version of the current game. Your question has been answered for some time now, the fact that you want it to happen won't bring it sooner. You know your choices until then.

But see, that is directly opposite of what Yoshi said in other interviews where we'd have 2 jobs per class before expansions came out. Hence, the conflicting information. I'm not really sure which to believe and I'd wish he'd clear that up. Expansions are paid for and if we're supposed to have 2 jobs per class like Yoshi said then it seems wrong to have to pay extra for something that it seems we should be getting in the basic pack... if that makes sense.
