But it doesn't say by how much it is reduced. If the drop is significant it may make me feel less disappointed, but for all we know it drops 1k every 6 hours.

Exactly. We've managed to get about 2 million saved towards the housing. I have to wonder at what economies people are playing in where having 500k+ per individual is such a common thing. The markets on Balmung suck ass.

remember it's a gil sink once all the rich players throw their gil into it the prices will drop accordingly then we will be able to get houses cheaperso don't worry to much plus that's cheapest there are even more expensive houses that will really blow their money away :P

8 mil gil for a house.

Yeah on Goblin its not that great either. 500k is alot even though I think I've probably put in about 300k into our FC chest! I feel like I just had a proverbial carrot hung in my face while I run on a never ending treadmill...

The economy of 3 months ago. I was making 200-300k a day back then with only 2 craft professions. Crafting is a pyramid scheme and it is too late to get on board now.
and then you get to try and fit 60+ people into a tool shed, yay

Agreed, crafting mainly made money from selling mats for other crafters to lvl up. Once people start maxing out their crafters the potential business goes out the window since not only are mats less needed, but the ones who lvled flood the market with 2star items.

I easily made 1m selling HQ woolen kecks back then, which is a leve turn in for weavers. People would buy them by the dozen and with your own fleece farmed that is 100k right there from a single person.

lol at all the people complaining about the pricing when they conveniently ignore the fact that it will drop every couple hours.
If you don't have the money, don't buy until the price drop.
If you can't buy land and house on patch day then too bad, wait for price to drop. Not like another housing instance isn't gonna open up if the first one is bought up.
