Other companies or would still charge the monthly fee, lose subs and charge for the content with the amount of depth there adding. And not even fixed there servers? If it something like the launch day then that different were takes most the week just to play or log in. Small hiccups sucks, but do you get compensated when you get a drop call on a cellphone? or even if it out for 24hrs, most the time no, If they had warn you about it.

You seem to not understand what our subscriptions are for if you think patches have a price attached to them. We pay a sub so the game will actually get updated in a timely manner, the cost of the content is covered with that sub. Other games would charge for said content because they do not have a sub people have to pay, this isn't new for mmos that people paying subs is paying for content updates.
