...is probably the best thing to every be discovered in any mmorpg, ever.

It took 10 minutes to finish turn two with 7 other complete random people. We even had three melee dps. Only one person had their +1. Pretty sure two of them hadn't even stepped into coil before, ever.

The best part? I didn't have to get in some dumb random voice chat channel with a group of 17 year old boys and listen to all the wonderful things they say over voice chat.

I am happy.

I love whoever discovered this strategy and made it public.

voice chat is the worst thing to have ever happened to mmorpgs.

I rather enjoy talking to my FC during events. It makes things not feel as monotonous. I definitely wouldn't even rank voice chat in the negative category of things that happened to mmos, much less the worst thing.

I too don't want to talk or hear people talk, it feels too much like socializing to me and I have a crippling fear of that.

Wait, you're telling me you don't like to communicate with others, have fun and joke around with the people and eventually make some friends your playing with while doing the actual fight?!?! HOW DARE people want to socialise and enjoy themselves using voice chat with the anti socials who are too shy to talk to strangers can't gather the courage to speak.

In all honesty though the actual proper strat for T2 isn't all that hard to grasp either, passing the rot is fun, interrupt orders are fun and the taunt switches with tanks is fun too. I wouldn't be surprised if this got hot fixed into a hard enrage with the coming patch.

I enjoy jumping in vent and hearing crappy robot voices and dudes that all pretty much sound the same chat about how drunk they are when they play... yeah sure why not. I find it distracts me, especially when they're annoying, that's why I mute as soon as possible.

Looking through the comments made by players who don't really care for voice chat (myself included), I can't see any sort of notion that we have a problem with others wanting to voice chat or wanting to stop you from doing so. To me it seems you are the one who has a problem with other players having a different preference than you.
