Only fight a whm chooses medica over medica 2 is titan because of the hate pull. Yeah medica Is used but not as much let's say every skill a SCH has. As a SCH IM SPAMMING AND USING EVERY SKILL I HAVE. Medica can use re-working medica 2 is so much better. Cure 3 you only use when its free. WHM need re-looked at end game compared to SCH they lack in every aspect. You know how people are crying about melee dps having their "place" in coil? Soon whm will most end game raiders are doing double SCH now. Not only to silence t2 but on t5 their lustrate on the healing debuff is beyond benediction. Now im not saying ;_; SCH SO GOOD WHM SUCK. No, I stand up for my fellow healers. I wish they had this AOE ability back in a way they could mix and match it with some skill (not all to be OP) and they need to look at shroud, 2 minute cool down is a joke while SCH have an unlimited pool of mana with around 4.3-4.6k+ mana in end game fights currently. I wanted to make a thread and cry on forums for my WHMs maybe to give them publicity like DRGs but I am rather lazy. :<

sacred + cure III
stack healing aoe XD
hate coming!!!! O.O
Well, obviously. As a SCH, you only have a small number of abilities relevant to healing: Physick, Adlo, Succor, Leeches, Lustrate, Aetherflow, and Resurrection. Of course you're gonna be using all of them and frequently (except Resurrection, hopefully).
WHMs are built off of a whole class dedicated to healing, so they have a LOT more abilities relevant to how they do their job (a grand total of about 15 abilities, if you want a number). Naturally, some of those abilities are going to be more niche than others (Cure III and Medica being good examples). That doesn't make them useless and it doesn't make them worse, it just makes them different.
You may say SCH is so good and WHM sucks, but I greatly enjoy WHM while having no interest in SCH.
While I think the ability would be an awesome addition to the WHM arsenal regardless, aggro is not the reason to use Medica over Medica II. Medica is useful when the Medica II HoT is already rolling on targets.
Useful Examples:
Enrage Timers (T2, T4)
Titan Stomps (Ever solo heal the last phase because your co-healer ate a bomb/weight/stupid to the face?)
Garuda During Adds (Presuming MII is already rolling)
While it certainly isn't prioritized over Medica II if Medica II's HoT isn't up already, it certainly has its uses, just like Cure III. Situational != Useless.
Pretty sure they said sacred prism is coming back as a PvP ability.
It's a PvP skill. Look at current last row, and the right hand side. Sacred Prism.
Rouse, Sacred Soil, Embrace?Well, obviously. As a SCH, you only have a small number of abilities relevant to healing: Physick, Adlo, Succor, Leeches, Lustrate, Aetherflow, and Resurrection. Of course you're gonna be using all of them and frequently (except Resurrection, hopefully).
