    I assume the Pvp abilities are only usable in a Pvp environment.

    Until they raise the level cap and "borrow" them for PvE.

    Well that just sucks then because I'm not interested in the PvP side of the game, seems like its just going to be a wasted ability if only just for PvP. It would be better suited in PvE instead where it would be actually used by the healers throughout a fight for example pre battle and during a primal fight before/after the primal uses its special move.
