first thing phone support says with wireless, lol. i had wireless for 7 years now and sometimes its my problem for what ever reason that makes us dissconnect but that normally means we dont get a connection for awhile and i know when that happens easy enough. I got 2MB Sat internet and sometimes its the wireless USB connection or network card causing issues aswell. If the game is over taxing your resources.. im not sure if this is an issue or not but i even had problems where my USB would stop working. ANyway i noticed you had a NETGEAR WG111v2 wireless USB 2.0 adapter. I think they overheat or sometimes cunk out the connection at times.
