Full vit if youre going to MT is the only way to go, you can get away with 7 after all buff if youre offtank, but 2-4 snakes still hits hard as fk especially when u have 2 stacks of debuff. But there is like zero reason to not go all vit, if youre having DPS issues its not your fault.
