Dungeon sets like Braytflox WP and AK and maybe the lightning set, the first ever usable event gear. Around town or when I'm not actually actively "playing" 1.0 Yukata set, Camise+pantelettes, coliseum set, and maybe lastly when in costa de sol the swim attire. Look the part you want to play!

This. I REALLY like the design of this armor. Looks like it's made of dragon scales, and I like how it's almost like snake skin with its plating.

That is a lancer/dragoon set (the "dragon scales" kind of hint at it). I like the look, too, but unfortunately may only be available to dragoons.

I'm afraid this system is going to be a bust because they are going to put so many restrictions in place, there will be only a few items to choose from and we'll still all be clones.

I'm pretty sure the "restrictions" are just going to be you can vanity slot what that class can wear... Which means it's not really different a restriction for the purpose that it's being used. Meanwhile, I'll be sporting the brayflox sets for all of my classes instead of my tin cans sets and drag costumes.

Black Mage - Battlemage (Although I try to avoid playing BLM since I'm just so bored of it.)
Summoner (Main) - AF+1. Some of my BiS is Allagan but if vanity slots hit I'm gonna be alllll AF+1.
White Mage (If I ever play it again...) - Acolyte (?) gear from the very first few dungeons ehehe :')

I plan on using vanity slots to maintain the classic Kain-esque dragoon armor, even when I start mismatching DL/AL/Myth pieces.

For my MAR, I'll probably wear the Snow set, especially if you can equip vanity weapons as well as armor (That l'Cie bardiche is sweet looking!)
