Gathering Skills or GP need adjustments.

Right now, Gathering is a bit too basic.

When I'm gathering materials for Cooking for example, I'm literally just waiting til I get 500 GP and then using the skill to get +2 items per gather.

It's similar on unspoiled nodes, just with a ton of waiting involved.

I honestly suggest SE make gathering skills more interesting, or make GP regenerate faster.
Perhaps even toss us some gear that increases GP regeneration.
Cordials aren't good enough, they aren't very available, have a long cooldown, and are only 300 GP. Most of the time, you can sell them on the market board for more than you'd gain from gathering.

Actually, you said exactly that. You are "literally just waiting til [you] get 500GP," and that there's nothing but "a ton of waiting involved."

I was saying that when constantly gathering, you only get to use skills once every 10-20 nodes.

There was no mention of using other nodes in your post, and the only indication of what you are doing is "literally just waiting" until your GP is back to 500. Look up the word literally if you don't understand why this means something different than what you claim you said.
