Concern about healer imbalance in PvP

I am playing both a SCH and a WHM at current lvl 50 "end"game content including Coil and am a bit concerned about the mechanical difference between WHM and SCH in PvP. The shields and mitigation tool will be much more powerful against burst damage, especially since healers tend to get focused down first (naturally).

Granted, we don't know what the pvp skills are going to be like but it would be great if we could maybe get some insight on this?

Hm, I don't find it slow to play at all? Casting on the run, too. Dot and insta blind.

Yeah I know, however I am pretty sure that pvp gear will have focus on debuff and stun resistance
Someone else pointed out that you can just kill the pet first which is a good point but I am still a bit concerned about the shield mitigation vs raw heal casting.

Also, the fairy is basically like a 5th party member you have to kill. Granted she probably goes down super fast but there is at least one swiftcast-summon that will get you into the same position.
Not to mention I hope they think of the limited AoE damage the fairy takes from bosses.

It is very, very slow. Casting on the run only work with some offensive spells but not with heals, adloquium take a good 2.5 seconds to be applied on a single target and your tools will still be limited by 3 stacks of Aetherflow

The only thing is the fairy, since you can give her the order to heal while runnin around but that's it. 1 sec silence every 45 sec, one 3 sec blind and slow applied by a 2.5 sec cast is pretty balanced imho. Whm will still be kings in pvp, I predict insane amount of qq incoming

TC you suck at theory craft if you think as healer whm will be overpowered
All their heals besides weak regen is cast time of 1.95 seconds or more. Cast time spells are interrupted by damage.
Whm will be good for burst dmg and cc.
There also the disease effect available to smn and sch.

As a straight up pvp healer , sch is better. With shields effects you won't be interrupted. Fairy and lustrate to heal on the move.

I am not a WHM I am a WHM/SCH good to know you read the OP properly..I said I am CONCERNED about the different mechanics. Where did I say they are overpowered.
Also, this is a thread to discuss. If you knew me you know I am both an avid defender of both SCH AND WHM jobs.
