Easily doable with 2 healers if you have your white mage use cure 3 instead of medicas, assuming you give them ballad.

Serious question: why use Cure 3? Without the crit from cure 2, it's basically a more expensive medica 1. Medica 2 Regen with medica 1 rotations work just as well and less mp draining.
