Dragonhead fates as blm

Before posting in support, not likely as it only seemed to happen at the Lightning Fates.
But have any of you blm experienced this, Upon my rotation were i only had a small portion of mp left i would use Ice 3 and i did this multiple times but instead of bringing my Mp back up it would drain, even drained to zero.
This happened a few days ago and happened the odd time yesterday

Sometimes in REALLY crowded FATEs (mostly noticeably in Odin and Behemoth) the client <> server interaction gets so screwed up that when casting Blizzard 3 or Fire 3 it won't correctly apply the buff associated with those spells.

They're supposed to be making some tweaks in 2.1 to alleviate the lag in these large scale FATEs, so if you still notice it being a problem after the patch hits I'd definitely file a bug report.

The Lightning Fate's boss mob in Coerthas casts Stoneskin on himself. As far as I could tell, it blocked me from getting Astral Fire or Umbral Ice from hitting him from spells. I managed to almost solo him down despite that, but it was Scathe all the way and hitting him with well timed Blizz 3s between Stoneskin casts.

There is this to consider as well. I was leveling Bard this weekend and you can't apply any debuffs on the mob if it doesn't do damage. I'm guessing if your spells are doing 0 damage it's plausible that you wouldn't gain any beneficial buffs as well.

Thanks for the replies. I just find the fates in dragonhead area kind of conjested i guess as some fates it takes 1-2 minutes for the boss to show up for me.
I have actually soloed the armoured beast fate with just me and my chocobo on multiple occasions and so glad i did not get that issue there

Same for monk. You can't change stances if your doing 0 Damage, so you basically stuck mashing the same attack until the stoneskin finally breaks. Its working by design, but I'm not sure if its well designed or not
