Coil mode for main story

Agreed, making content easier is not the way to go and I am a casual player. I know I will not get to Coil right away but that is the nature of things. I will eventually. Square unfortunately continues to do what most MMO developers are finally learning from and moving away from and that is making more super easy bubblegum games. The MMO generation is getting older and are demanding more complex games. So a couple people complained about 11, it wasn't because it was hard, it was because the party, LS, and Customer Service was horrible. Can we get a little more complexity in 14 please than you might find in a Nickelodeon sitcom?
