There are some routes to SEs servers that are ruined by ISP - not by SE. Although maybe SE shouldn't put their servers in Canada where nobody of significance lives and instead put them in Dallas or Chicago which have much better traffic routes for data.

This is a perfect example of the red herring tactic mixed with an ad hominem attack.

Person 1 states: Canada has no one of significance living in it.

Person 2 in rebuttal: The World doesn't revolve around the US.

Notice how person 2 draws attention away from the original statement of the insignificance of Canada with the use of these two fallacies. . .
