Why could they not have set up some server's somewhere in the EU for this update and transfer the EU players data to EU server's.
They know how long it's going to take they could have prepared some server's in the EU to be ready for the update.

Why are we paying for something that at times is unplayable because of Lag and where the server's are located.

Game is not unplayable. Try a VPN if you have lag. Yes I'm from EU.
