    an button to lock the UI/HUD from moving would be nice, i dunno why they removed it from 1.0

    I believe options for locking various parts of the UI are coming. I can't recall if they said 2.1 or 2.2, but it is planned. It's discussed in one of the dev posts that quote the head of the UI team iirc.
