Most people I know in aussie/Europe use programs like battle ping to help latency issues and dodging issues. They are trying their best to update their servers to reduce issues with dodging. Best way to avoid and get around it is predict the patterns. Keep in mind this is a brand new game there are going to be bugs and issues that need tweaked not even WoW when it first came out was perfect there was little to nothing to do and it was awfully laggy could have been the crappy computers back then anyhow.
