I did a higher level dungeon with a DF WAR who kept dropping all his wrath stacks as soon as he hit 5 stacks even if he had almost full health.

I'm guilty of this also, but thats only because I'm over Geared so when I farm AK, I Spam Steel Cyclone & Inner Beast 2-3 times a fight. Makes things alot quicker. half the time healer spam holy or dps and doesnt heal because fights are over quick. Now that in 2.1 you wont need wrath for healing bonus, expect to see WAR's go Berserk.
