Question about Allagan ilvl95

So we all know that Allagan stuff is getting changed to ilvl95 when 2.1 hits. I just had one query that I can't seem to find an answer to.

Are the stats getting increased slightly to make them ilvl95?

or

Are the current stats staying the same, just being deemed 95 instead of 90 (essentially saying "oh they were under ilvl'd originally")?

If I missed the actual answer, my bad. Just wondering because it might change some BiS stuff if it's the former.

This is exactly why I asked. Maybe the devs took a look at the current stats and decided "you know what, these should be 95 and not 90". Was hoping maybe someone had a concrete reply from a community rep I missed or something.

They're not EXACTLY the same and maybe because of that the devs took the outlook of my other point.

We double checked with Yoshi-P and what he mentioned during the stream is correct. Only Allagan weapons will have their item levels increased to 95. Sorry about the confusion!
