Increase CT loot lockout to 1 item per 2 weeks

There is already myth gear, philo gear, WP, AK, 2 new dungeons, coil, primals, Relic Quest, EM Primals, getting gear is much too fast in this game.

With the new raid instance CT dropping 1 lvl 80 gear, I think SE needs to limit items to once per 2 weeks per character, to avoid fast full gearing toons/alts and to maintain a sense of progression especially for casual raiders and people who can't log on every week.
