With the number of man slaves Siren has, if she increases the number of those to make them 'willingly' submit to her rather than her controlling them forcibly... i'm sure she can one day grow up to be a big primal too.

I'd like a fight in which Siren teams up with Garuda as Garuda's buffer/healer. It would also be nice to incorporate Suparna and Chirada into their mechanics (for example, killing Suparna and Chirada transfers their physical/magical resistance to Siren and Siren buffs Garuda into a new super-mode version).

Siren is a primal.
Proof: She has the ability to "touch" or whatever that mind control is just like Ifrit does. She has her thralls fight you as you see a creepy person running on their arms and legs at a player in the video.
She doesn't have a beast tribe though, it's sailors that summon her.

I don't think that's the same thing. The primals seem to do it because they're gods, however, Siren seems to do it because of magic. I don't know... Also, there are multiple Sirens, as in, a full race of them.
Also, I was thinking that in the fight, if she happens to kill a party member, she could use them as a thrall maybe? She does control the dead, so why not you?

IMO that's how they should tread primals. putting them at the end of a dungeon, instead of just a small arena you can challenge whenever you feel like. But seeing her at the end of a "Lv60" 4-man dungeon feels just like another misused common FF theme.

Your "proof" is rather lackluster to support your claim. The FF series in general has plenty of regular and boss type mobs that have traits like that.
Main Story: History RepeatingThe new video shows no new evidence that this Siren boss is a Primal, Summoned, or needs to consume aether to stay in physical form.
- According to Mimidoa, a siren is behind the recent troubles. (Likely more than one)
- The siren emerges and begins to sing her beguiling song. (Not summoned)
- She summoned undead Thralls and wasn't summoned by them.
- There is no evidence that this Siren consumed aether.

I wont lie, that would be pretty cool.
Even more so, if the whole story leading up to her fight, made her seem like the main threat, only for you to take her down as the 1st mini boss. (The beastmen tribe weren't large enough, to make her powerful enough yet, we'd have to wait for hard mode/extreme modes.)
And who ever is behind her temporary power, is the dungeons final boss.
I do hope Siren takes control of a party member, but considering its a 4man fight, I if they do this, you would need to break them free somehow.
If they ever made an 8 man fight, then it would be reasonable to take control of some one, and have no means to break them free, until her control over them wears off.
(As it would be ok to loose a healer or tank, and even better for it to be a tank, to make the tanks use voke)

siren controlling a BLM would pretty much insta wipe anyone. I like it ^^
The fight aside, it seems like wasted potential by not having it 8 man..but alas we knew prior to Early Access (Developer's Commentary video) Yoshi stated majority of the game content will be built around 4 man and select end-game will be 8 man and very select will be 24 man starting with the Crystal Tower.
Heck half the fun in XI against bosses and monsters who can charm was beating down the charmed people (till people complained and SE disallowed you to.)
