    As far as I know, it's BIS for Scholars, as it has better stats than their Relic. So...it's absolutely worth the effort.

    When 2.1 goes live, this will be ilvl 95.. so no, it is well worth the Effort!

    And this blows our SCH relic out of the water per stats.
