
There is no guarantee of anything, but by nature of design the PC will never be able to achieve the level of optimisation that a console can. Not to mention you cannot undervalue the benefit of not having to run a full OS like WindowsI know what you're getting at, but the thing is, since the PS4 is roughly the same as a low spec gaming machine, they've already done many optimizations for such a system. Just because they know people using a PS4 will always have the same hardware, isn't necessarily going to make it more optimized than the PC version. Not to mention, being the same architecture, x86 in this case, means that many optimizations may just carry over.
