Are they planning primals dub ?

As they did for some of the imperials fights, i really liked hearing the boss shouting some things and attacks in Japanese.

Of course, that would be optionnal, but that's all a question of immersion.
Either way, i'd love to hear Garuda getting mad and laughing all the time she does something cool like Mistral Song.

In one of the trailers, before ARR was released, the primals seems to have voices... but when it came to the cutscene, it was a disappointment that the primals had no voices.

It was kind of false advertisement.

And see how they made it look those fights, except primals, where high level content, by having the characters fight in AF gear.

Sure, it's how advertisers try to get you to try their product, but people don't like to be miss-led in any way.

i can't remember for ifrit but...garuda in her cutscenes have voice

Yea Garuda has voice in a single cutscene but not in her fight sadly...

Well, when I did Ifrit mission, I was confused. I thought the cutscene was bugged, because when the Amalj'aa summons Ifrit, he has no voice, but as you can see in the trailer, he does. Also when ifrit didn't say anything, it was just text. It was disappointment from then on with other cutscenes that had no voice over.

So they simply didn't put any Primal Voice at all into the game.

But if my memory serves me correctly (haven't ran CM in a while) Livia sas Junias does have in-battle speech for each language option. So that leads me to believe that Ifrit's voice-over work was done but removed for reasons only SE knows.

Yeah, everyone besides the Primals has them ingame.
Maybe other languages just didn't get fitting voices for the primals, so they just left it out or something like that. It can be anything.

I think we can speculate about that, but will we ever truly know? I think not.
