Unacceptable and contradictory customer support!!!

Thank you for giving this thread acknowledgement. It really does reassure me that someone is taking note.

Working in customer care myself, when I give people instruction and possible solutions, I expect there to be a resolution. It is not always a favorable one, and sometimes the answer is not so clear. You have clarified that there is no way for a GM to adjust the heirarchy in a Free Company at this time. Your response was well written, and obviously not cut/pasted. I appreciate the time you have taken to respond and reassure us there are things being worked on for this issue.

I know with all of the implementation coming into play, there will eventually be a system for us to reclaim our Company. We refuse to give up on it. We are the kind of players you want to have! We love our community, and what we have built. This issue is a serious one, as it encompasses our free time which we willingly give to play and help make this game successful. ^.^

I have also requested in the technical support forum that developers look into placing more safegaurds on this function. It is far too easy to mistake the leadership rank for another, and far too easy to lose something we have spent time working on.

Thank you again for your acknowledgement. I can provide any additional ticket numbers you may require, as I wrote requests on my husband's account as well. I do hope that in the future the ability to help fix our issues will be available to GMs, and look forward to all the changes coming to us!
