They may claim this in shouts (like you see all day on Odin), but I do have my doubts about "100% every single recipe".

I guess if you count 40 durability recipes it's fair to say that you can't 100% HQ EVERYTHING but it seems like a useless distinction.

The 40 durability ones are never final products. They are always ingredients for 80 durability synths which can easily be HQ'd using all NQ ingredients anyway.



edit - Also, the people responding to those shouts are rarely crafters themselves so adding in "100% HQ using all NQ mats on all 80 durability synths" wouldn't mean anything to them.
