Leiron either you can test it, because you have the gear to do so, or you cant.
Everyone that tested/used HQ griph gear can confirm it is indeed a big improvement, and can be considered BiS.
You - on the other hand - are pulling numbers off your ass, pardon my french.
Everything else is babbling.

You...don't need the gear at all.
Str/det/wpnDmg is linear.
You can test it using only level 40 gear too if you felt like it.
