Dude... get Team Speak. It doesnt matter if your english is broken as long as you can listen, understand and say "hi!" "yes" "no" "allright".
Dont be afraid of it. Or just get a Brazilian FC there must be one!
On EU servers we dont have such problems, everyone speaks and understands broken english just fine.

I dont understand your issue. I'm brazilian as well and have vent/TS installed exactly for coil.

While I can see you may not be fluent in english, but the best suggestion would be to get a brazilian guild. Having those voice chats programs are pretty standard on any raids that requires a high level of coordination.

About coil being acessible through Duty finder, it may not be possible due to lock out. It really isnt design for pugging.

About those 2 chests thingie, in my opnion, random drops should always be replaced by tokens. So all turns should drop 2 tokens for a certain piece (chest, leggings, rings...) and the whole raid could roll on it. So we wouldnt run into that problem where it drops something that nobody needs.

Sorry to kill your hopes, but all the problems you are talking about are the result of how this end-game content is meant to be padding and a grind to keep early adopter end-gamers paying their subs.

They will never "fix" it until the next set of grinding dungeons are out. But by then the gear you so much want right now will be worthless thanks to power creep, and then you'll be in the exact same spot you are right now, just replacing current weapons with whatever uber weapons they release next.

You'd be better off finding other things to do, but if you could just say no to these oh-so-great weapons you wouldn't be asking for a "fix" in the first place.

Yeah lol btw the turn 5 yesterday we used teamspeak but i got a VERY nice party with very nice persons lol is rare to see that ^^ and yes i can understand some things their say like rot,go to NW,NE,LB etc but some groups kick me because i not want to talk. but i feel soon we don't will need use teamspeak or mumble... more and more peoples is getting mytho gears and getting experience in all turns.
