Why is Every Race's Sit Emote at Chairs and Benches so Boring?

What's the point in defending the current sit animation? It is terrible. When you look at how casual and relaxed some of the poses NPCs are lounging around in, and then you sit down and no matter what, are sitting completely upright, like you have a rod up your spine, and your hands neatly placed on your lap, it is very un-natural, and looks bad.

You're a bit late to the party, devs have already said they're adding more relaxed poses.

They should slouch the way the NPCs do. I love the lil Lalas that are leaned back, propped with their arms sort of behind them, kicking their feet. Like the girl at the end of the dock at Hidden Falls. Also would be nice if we could recline in those beach chairs the ay the NPCs do.
