Maintenance .. If we are having to download a patch of sorts.. what is it for??

Im not here to complain about the maintenance's, more or less no details are given in the maintenance thread about what got fixed/changed. If we are having to download a patch, least we could get some type of notes as to what its for.. just saying..

P.S. I've lost my Lalafell owner ... anyone seen her around ??
