While i agree that it should be a paid item on the mog station, it would be nice to have it free with the veteran rewards every 3 months (90 days) recurring instead of just 1

Then there would be no point in putting it on the mog station, and there would be further no point to the aesthetician, and it would end up being one less value added service they could offer. From a business standpoint it would be a bad idea thus I wouldn't hold your breath.

I approve. They did say FFXIV will not have any kind of cash shop or whatever so this is actually balanced. :3

It would be essentially cheaper to buy it @ the mog station, normally character re-custominzation would cost around $25-$30, the bulk-payment for 90 day subs is $41 ($45 if going by monthly)

It would balance out eventually, and like Noctis said, it allows for more options to be added within a cash-shop (which they didn't want anywho) while giving the option else-ware like the rewards-program

The one free change was just in case you really screwed up the first time. Any time after that should have to be bought (or use the asthetician for facial features). One of the primary reasons it is limited is so people put more throught into designing their character. I'm satisfied that (multiple) second chances have been given. Pony up the dough or create your character more carefully.

I get that, but that was the idea of the other thread.

"Are we getting it in-game?"
"Are we getting it as a reward?"
"Is it on the mog-station?"

All options were discussed and Square Enix decided on the Mog Station.

So far up to 270 day rewards we're not getting another one.
