Guess I'll pop some popcorn while waiting for this to finish.
We HAVE to have the best of the best we can get our hands on. Waiting 16-19 weeks (if relic +1 is in the picture) for AWESOME gear for 1, that's right "1" job? I LOVE my 3 classes i have, MNK WAR and BRD, so in turn, i have to wait 48-57 weeks to have them all geared? WOW, that righ there is so disheartening, makes me wanna rip my hair out, trying to figure out what i want to try and pimp out first.
C) IF weekly cap was taken away permanently. Would NOT divide the community (AS stated before, it already is) BUT in turn strengthen it. This would happen in 2 ways. 1) Would encourage EVERYONE to get ALL the gear for ALL there classes. 2) would also make it easier for the casual gamer to acquire said items. IF there was no cap limit, and they keep the rates of Myth tomes from the areas right now.
Would take someone approximately 187 RUNS to fully gear 1, just ONE, job class, in AF1+1 and Hero accessories (this also does not include the 900 myth tomes you need for +1 relic weapon). NOW I'm sure your thinking how in the hell would causal gamers, that are not geared appropriately to run the places, to access this marvelous gear, and acquire it in time faster then weekly caps, NOT all casual gamers only play for a couple hours a day, maybe, just MAYBE they only play for a couple hours 5 days out of the week means they work too much, or have something going to were they cant. This doesn't mean, they don't have access to a FULL day of the game, and if that was the case, and they put the nose to the grind stone, and burn it up with the hybrids, or elitists, would gain tomes in a VERY fast manner, just like we do, though maybe more carried, but still getting them none the less (I have a few casual friends, I try and help out whenever I can, if needed).
edit your first post to get pass the 1000 words limit
can't you edit first post to put everything you want to say at once (remove character limit)?

D) This is my selfish side (We all have one, if you say you don't, your lying to yourself). I WANT THE BEST DAMN GEAR I CAN GET MY HANDS ON DAMN IT! By saying this, im more talking about the tear we all face. Most of us player, that have been here since launch, have leveled multi-jobs, and most like me love all the ones that we have leveled. The weekly cap, only does one thing for us, tear us apart trying to figure out just what jobs to max out, gear wise, first. IF this cap wasn't the bane of our existence, we would freely choose what items to get, WHENEVER we feel like.
Ending comments.
I feel that the weekly cap for Myth tomes is only a hindrance in my job loving progression. I have multiple jobs that I love to death. Wish like hell I don't have to pick ONE to gear out before others. I feel that to us players that want NOTHING but the best for what we do? We are penalized, for the sake of a cheap and cop out, and weakness showing management. The fact WE 2/3 the people that PAY MONEY! to play this game, are held back on the notion that "It will divide the community" that is and will always be, DIVIDED, is just absurd. SURE and yes, MOST of the casual gamers will be effected, BUT they already are segregated.
I myself, am standing in protest to this "Weekly Cap" and wish nothing more then to cast it aside and say "FREEDOM!" cause after all, in the end, are we not supposed to be happy playing this game? Are we not paying for a service? "I" say we banned together, and PROTEST this cap. WE all are thinking this, and want this, even the casual gamer, will red this and more then likely nod there head, cause this. EVEN they don't/have the time to hit cap. Not trying to be that guy, but some people that play this game don't have the time WE "hardcore" (insert Hybrid) players do. So why penalize EVERYONE?
This is me just thinking at work, and now putting it to the forums. -bows out and waves-
