What camp? You mean like an aetheryte camp? How do you lose that? You mean someone took your spot in a cave? Umm there are tons more where that came from, go somewhere else and stop crying about repairs.
Well, pay attention on weapon damage and weapon accuracy after some point.First of all, I've been playing this game for likely longer than you have. Secondly, you do not need a high rank to know how fast gear deteriorates. Don't play the rank game, especially when it is irrelevant, it just makes you look like an elitist tool.
Yesterday I leveled from 25 to 30 on my archer. Outside of my weapon, none of my gear was broken. Yes, it is slow to damage your gear now.
Do you know what is a Cob/Dob camp?...
Well, when your ARC hit 33+ you should try solo on Copperbell mines... and you'll undestand everything we are talking about.

Two things come to mind here.
1. Quit wearing gear that you're way underlevel for. Level-appropriate gear degrades far slower than stuff you're not ready for yet. Though it was a tad quicker than it should be at launch, after they made the adjustments I found the degradation rate of gear to be VERY reasonable. I find myself needing repairs perhaps once per week, at most.
2. You don't have to ever touch crafting if you don't want to. Other people can repair your gear for you. If you don't have LSmates or friends who will do it for you, pop the gear on your retainer and toss them in the Mender's Ward to be repaired overnight. If you offer an appropriate appropriate amount of each item to be repaired, they should all be ready for you the next morning.
If you don't have time to wait that long, then you're simply stuck using the NPC repair. It's the penalty for not having crafting ranks, friends, or time. The system isn't broken, but the way many people approach it is.
again lance lv 16 on a lancer lv 22.. 100%--->40% in 4-5 hour
that's not rasonable...
I notice alot of the people talking about their weapon going down and how much they have to repair in compaison to their leveling are SOLOING
if you are that willing to solo, this means you have to SOLO your crafting too
Either that or suck it up and find repairs. Contacting other playes to do this is a very very easy task to do. REGARDLESS of the rank of your items. The only time it becomes a real issue is when it takes odd repair materials in order to repair the item(which are mostly all NM items anyway so again)
Also to top it off, the items all degrade so slowly, that you shouldnt need repairs oftem.
You cann 5 hours to degrade an item FAST? What are you smoking, 5 hours in take a break and get repairs, then go back out and do 5 more hours if you have to.
Also as to why the rate of armor vs weapon are different, armor doesnt degrade as fast unless you are getting facerolled often. Weapons are used every time you attack so they are going to take those small hits over and over and degrade as you use them.
In closing, this isnt an RPG, its an MMORPG, take a clue from that and learn to interact with other players.
Its really not that hard.

Why not suggest to get rid of the wear system =P
