If the SMN only uses the same skills as the sch and doesn't uses his pet. Fester and the DPS pet, with an extra damage buff, adds a nice amount of damage. Plus SMN has Raging strikes, mixed with gardua pet, this increases your DoT damage by a ton.

People must be out of their freaking minds if they think that SCH does the damage that a SMN does. Why would people ask for smn if you could run 4 SCH per party? IT'S BECAUSE YOU CAN'T. The damage is decent, but it's not SMN damage.
