It's not experienced players job to go around teaching everyone. Some nice people will but the majority are going to continue running with their experienced groups.
It's your job to find others like yourselves and teach yourself how to do it. There's videos, tutorials, guides etc. I would stop looking for an experienced group to take you and start being resourceful.

Which is exactly my point. Yes I know experienced players are not entitled to help others and I yet I see so many complain about not being up to standard to run and honestly you all know very well why that is.

Well, for me I am lucky. I'm totally inexperience with Coil, my FC have a few grps of coil static. The first grp wipe the floor for days ends and finally got their way to T5. They brought me alone for the ride till T4.
I got my Mnk accessory, from those few runs. Now I got the experience I went with the other Grps when they need DPS to help out or an experienced player.
I can't static due to work. But I sure can Freelance within my FC (>...>)/
Then again I was lucky. Hopefully you guys can find an FC willing to help you out.

While I do agree with what you've said here, at the same time, as an inexperienced Coiler (and raider, in general), I wouldn't want to play with those elitist people. If they want their speed run, let them have it. I'll be over here having a laugh with some people who don't take themselves too seriously and that I can have some fun with.

Personally, I prefer Speed runs, save myself a lot of time. But the problem is if a grp in FC keeps doing Speeds, the rest of the FC will feel side lined. ppl will leave and Drama explodes out of control. While I do agree with what you've said here, at the same time, as an inexperienced Coiler (and raider, in general), I wouldn't want to play with those elitist people. Having a great grp in your FC, is potential powder keg at times. But spitting them up so they guide newer peeps, well, kinda unfair to them too.

I'm well aware how the fights in Coil go, but when my FC doesn't want to let me in because I haven't done the content yet won't let me in to experience the content in a way that they deem proper experience, it just sours me on the whole thing. It's not experienced players job to go around teaching everyone. You're right. It's not -anyone's- job to teach someone else about a specific piece of content, but on the flip side it's also not anyone's responsibility to know how a specific piece of content works before even going into it.

Hlaf the time the people shouting aren't that experienced anyway. A few days ago I joined a Titan shout (out of boredom) that said the usual "Full DL, must have experience in phase 5 etc. etc.". We killed the heart (just) but the after the first 3x3 bomb formation everyone but me and the tank was dead.

This is why I like open PK games. Lie about experience for a raid and/or completely drop the ball? Get ready to never be able to get to the entrance ever again. There is more community policing when the constant threat of death and camping hangs over your head. I like having that extra tool to beat down tools.
Anyway, Coil isn't on DF for reason. If you need to PUG and you are experienced, I see no reason why its incumbent upon you to teach newcomers. Requesting it is perfectly reasonable. If you like about your experience shame on you. Keep doing it long enough and you'll end up on so many blacklists that you won't be finding a party easily.
