I don't think small guilds should stress out too much since right now Guild Housing seems more like a vanity item than anything actually useful. Hopefully once things like guild craft rooms start getting rolled out the initial rush will be over, the big guilds will all have their fancy headquarters and the smaller guilds will be able to buy on the cheap.

I just don't care for how it's set up with only a limited amount of housing areas. Only the top FCs will have anything worth a d**n, and gloat about it to everyone. Heck this almost caters to anyone who buys gold at this point. I mean sure the price reduces every 6 hours, but do you think these spots are gonna last? They will be all be bought by day 2 at the least. There's not even rent that needs to paid to keep it.

I honestly don't see any FC go for a S-sized house, considering you can only have 1 house. Unless a FC of 3 people decide to buy one. I won't lie though. I'm half tempted to make my own FC, just to get my own house.

I'm hoping its more expensive than that preview video shown; like in the millions. 850K is too easily obtainable for a whole FC.

Question: Do you think there are unlimited instances that open when players want to buy more housing? Or will this be limited and instances will open up in waves so that the people/FC's with the highest gil buy first until the instances run out and then more will open up more over time? Hard to tell at this point. :\

So far it's been said that the housing areas will open with an X amount of instances. In case those get full they would open more.

It wont be instant and automated process but i guess they've calculated how many instances might be needed at day 1 (wich will surely not be enough).

Keep in mind we will have to lvl up our free companies at least to rank 6 to get the right to own a house so many won't even be able to buy them they day housing launches, that should give SE time to open more instances before the flood gates open XD

First there isnt anything said that you need rank 6, only you need the right rank to get a house!

Than there will be place for 30 houses in one instance. All three size combined in one instance. If the limit is reached a new instance will be open for another 30 houses and so on. In one instance there will be space for a fixed amount of small, medium and large houses so one instance cant be full of large houses. 10 small, 10 medium and 10 large house = 30. They will look if its nessecary to open another instance if only large houses for example would be bought. So small and medium wont be full. Than they make new instances/space.

So the new instance wont be open if there are for example 3 small, 5 medium and 10 large houses already bought. SE will than decide if its ok to open a new instance or wait.

did it. omg its taking forever to rank up. at this point since my GC log is complete, the only thing that is making the bar fill at all is FATEs... uugh
