Well, I think with all these "healing horror posts" SE should create, instead of MIP [Most Impressive Player], WPE function [Worst Player Ever] :asd:
Aaaand, I see lots of posts about Cutter's Cry and other low level dungeons, but I never had such problems O.O
The real issue is the BCoB, I know EVERYTHING about T1, did it more than 20 times but never won because it's always on PUG (my FC enters the coil only when I can't XD).
Dps AFKing during the battle, tank reprehending the BRD because he spawned the slime, and even worse things happened!
As a healer, I can sadly say I am one of the REALLY few good healers in my world, I almost never see a healer that can keep a tank alive, so I usually take the off-tank that is more difficult to heal due to the aggro at split, and still I see most of the times the other tank dying without any good reason, the healer is too slow and the tank dies.

What is with healers who have no idea how to heal at all? I met 2 healers today while running primals who spent the whole time spamming heals on only the tank. For my horror story with an sch healer, the sch spammed only physick and NEVER aetherflow-ed at all. Didn't even succor or adloqium. *facepalm*

My other story was with a whm at garuda who spent the whole fight spamming cure II until he ran out of mana and left me succoring and MT healing through all the sisters phases.

Running WP, we had a DRG in party who wasn't very good. He didn't step out of AoEs and in the Bavarois boss fight, when he was targeted he didn't run away. Instead, he stood and soaked the damage and got hit with debuffs over and over. I tried to cleanse and heal him, but he simply stood still taking hits to the face and then died. Tank asked him not to respawn so I could lift him, but he res'd anyway. We wiped and tried again, same thing. After the second try, he simply stood outside the boss room and /laugh'd, then called our DPS a noob and started swearing at all of us. He blamed me for not healing him enough, and when I asked him not to keep getting caught and to run away when targeted he called me a noob and continued to /laugh.

Our tank asked him to leave because he was now effectively AFK, but as he wouldn't I ended up taking the penalty hit because I couldn't be bothered waiting out the remaining 30 min. Yep, 30 min left and we hadn't even killed the second boss. /facepalm

Second time doing Story Garuda with two dps friends and a DF'd tank. Didn't know the phase 2 abilities well enough to tell them to dodge it (was busy spamming heals the first time due to being in quest whites at launch).

Phase 2 starts. About 4 seconds later the tank charges off into the tornado and faceplants. Attempt to keep up dps that now has aggro, but he gets railed hard and I think eventually went down to her 360. Other dps gets gg no re'd by her teleport attack that lets her slash half the arena.



Everything went better than expected.

I'm usually a SCH to heal, but this time on titan last weekend I was on blm, so the situation is reversed.

The whm in my pug titan group was a complete """hole. He wouldn't top me off after stomps and I would die when titan jumped afterwards.

He proceeded to tell me It was my fault for standing in the plumes ... er HELLO titan does NOT do plumes in Phase 1 ??? That's without mentionning the SCH with him how did not precast ANYTHING (no succor before the stomps or jump )

*facepalm* After a few attemps, I gave up, ran it again with FC, won, and got stardust +1. Yay

I'm leveling Bard, because I need a DPS spec and I prefer Bard to SMN. So I queued for Sunken Temple of Qarn. I know that the bees are an issue, but they weren't on the initial pulls. The healer, however, was. She was popping Regen on the tank on pull (despite complaining bitterly about getting threat). If she got threat, she wouldn't heal herself. In fact, the only person she would heal was the tank. It was like she had party frames turned off or something, because the monk would take damage and she just wouldn't even bother giving him so much as a Regen (or anyone else, for that matter). Her idea of healing the DPS was "I'll use Medica." While complaining about threat. And when I tried to explain that putting Regen on the tank before he pulls, and using Medica, were both producing a lot of threat that was causing her to pull off the tank, she got pissy.

Well, we got to the first boss and, rather predictably, everything fell apart. First I was the only DPS handling the bees (and the second bee I didn't have threat on was running to the healer, of course), then when the Monk was actually DPsing the bees, the healer would run away from the bee (meaning the Monk couldn't hit it). Then the healer let the tank die because she was unable to multitask (she let the Monk die multiple times, too, because healing him was apparently too hard).

I gave up and left after four wipes and nothing changing. >.<

I know how it feels to change class and see your class being really bad DDD: it's terrible
I found a WHM in Haukke who couldn't heal the tank because he was too focused on dpsing... Maybe because he read those useless heal dps threads on the forum and thought he could do it everywhere...

So, I was doing some WP last night (and almost maxed my Myth cap out somehow) as a healer. We weren't doing speed-runs persay, but even though I was spiritbonding and we had a new-ish DRG, we were still clocking in at under 20 mins.

Last two runs I was getting a bit worn out, and decided to speed things up a little with some Holy spam (now, normally I do not Holy spam even in a real SR; its just not my style and no one forces me to anyway). Two times I try we wipe, and a third only me and the DRG survive.

No wonder I don't Holy spam lol.

EDIT: And there were no hard feelings for the wipes. Tank blamed himself for one of the wipes, and all three were probably shared fault between the two of us.
