    I'm on TWC NC, and tried Titan today (last night was fine), but am getting consistent 1-2 second spikes. My tracert high pings though are different:

    vlan127.car1.SanDiego1.Level3.net (4.79.33.229) 143.985ms
    ae-11-11.car2.SanDiego1.Level3.net (4.69.133.210) 189.994ms asymm 13

    NC to San Diego then to Canada... that sucks bro
