    Even worse for people who are not targeting the boss. They don't see the cast bar period.

    No ? Because im one of em and im ( obviously ) not targeting bosses most of time and we dont have a Focus target feature here on PS3.

    Some kind of extra pop up window similar to our own cast bar displaying boss/adds cast bars even when not targeted would help. ( not that i really need it but still )
