You want people to stop lying about Coil experience?

Then how about a lot of you guys stop demanding experience so you can cheese through a quick run. God it's like the video game interpretation of the UK job market.

They have to start somewhere. Just like you did, y'know? Before you became entitled god sauce. What, you shouldn't have to wait because it's just a game and you're paying for it? Well aren't those scrubby wet behind the ears paying for theirs too? It's just a game, right? What does it matter if they lie and it wipes a few?

Oh man I love MMO gamers. You guys are true snowflakes.

I've never lied about my experience in something. I might say i read the fight or watched a vid but I never did the fight. Or in some cases I never tanked the fight. I look at it this way.. karma is a bitch and it all catches up someday D; so I'll keep admitting to my lack of experience <3 If I can't get into a group I'll make one and be like I don't care if we wipe cause odds are we're gonna :P

Here's the flaw in your thinking. You say that because groups require experience, people are going to lie about experience in return, because they have to start somewhere. Right? The problem is that they don't HAVE to play with THOSE people. If you're inexperienced, you find people who are okay with that and whatnot. It's easy to tell if someone doesn't actually know the fight and is lying about their experience, so mostly all you do by lying is disrespecting 7 other people, and since Coil is not on DF, you have word of mouth to worry about.

It's been my experience that the "experienced" players don't actually have any much of the time. It's likely they got carried by another group and are looking to have that happen again, because if you play with something other than the top tier you might actually find it challenging and we wouldn't want that would we?

Even with an experienced PUG it is possible to not be able to pass turn 1 or 2 in the 1.5 hours time limit, so I can understand ppl looking for experienced player.
Isn't there any practice group on NA/EU server? I see a lot on JP server, you don't need to finish one turn to be experienced, but ppl should at experience all the mechanics, coil is much harder than lot of un-experienced player thought.

Why would they want to sit through possibly hours of failed coils runs by people who have never done it before? If you don't have experience, don't expect an experienced group to carry you through coils.

I don't mind new people and teaching them the ropes.

It's when we're looking for Experienced-Twintania players, only to get someone who just barely skims by and has never done Twintania before that I draw the line. (This actually happened; He claimed to be experienced but apparently doesn't know what experienced is... spoiler, he was Pinoy)

This never makes sense to me. When someone shouts that they want exp players...you do realize that you can make your own party too right? Shout for non relics, People in AF do whatever you want man, its a free game unless your playing in communist China. Being forced to be RMT or something. You just want people to hold your hand through content like I'm sure your mommy and daddy hold your hand and through life.

They started with other inexperienced players. Once they got experience, they chose to only want to play with other experienced players. It's not their duty to teach you the fight when they had to learn it themselves.
